Buying physical gold at our counter is also very convenient. We are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and we can help you every step of the way. Please bear in mind that receipt of funds is required before taking delivery of your products.

By telephone
Buying physical gold by telephone is also very simple. Create your account and then contact us by telephone on +352 27 94 18 36 from 9am to 5pm. You will have the choice of collecting your order from our office in Luxembourg or placing it in secure custody via GFI Safe or requesting insured delivery to your home address. As soon as your payment has been received, you will receive an e-mail confirming that everything is in order. Depending on which option you choose, your order will be available for receipt, deposit or delivery.
