The Panda :

The Panda is the finest chinese gold coin stroken by the People’s Bank of China. The purity is 99.9% (0.999) and the face value for the one ounce coin is 500 Yuan. its diameter is 32.05mm and its thickness is  2.70mm.

it is very important to pay attention on the weight of the coin. Indeed, the coins, stroken between 1982 and 2015 have a weight of 31.103 gr (1 ounce). But since 2016, China produces gold pandas with a weight of only 30,00 gr. The aim of the chinese Government is to introduce a new measurement reference for gold.
