Collection methods for your products
Collection of your order directly from our Luxembourg office located at 19-21, rue des Bains, 1212 Ville-Haute Luxembourg. You may collect your order Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We advise you to always contact us before coming to pickup your order.

Your products will be stored safely until you collect them. We ask you to bring your identity card to identify yourself and a proof of residence (energy bill less than 3 months old) and/or a valid power of attorney if you are acting as a proxy. A sample power of attorney form can be emailed to you before your visit.
Collect your order directly from our offices in Brussels and Lasne after arranging a date and time with the person in charge of your file. The precise address of the office will be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail. Our outdoor car park will allow you to park discreetly.
